Saved Messages

I am such a dunce when it comes to technical stuff....  I want to create a saved message that I can then use when I send a message to a reservation.   I will be using this on my laptop..... can somebody help me  ....

Hi, @Anne1318. You're not a dunce. Creating a saved message is not intuitive. Here's the convoluted method:

Go to your inbox and choose any message thread. On a blank new message choose "Use a Saved Message".  At the bottom of the popup click "Save a new message". Follow the prompts from there.
