Saved messages change of order

I have several properties and my messages have always been in a certain order, Now Today it has completely changed and I am finding it difficult to access the message I actually need. Does anyone know why this frustrating change has happened and how to fix it. Thanks

Exactly. You're not the only one. Saved messages window was constructed to save most precious time for us hosts. This bug makes this less efficient. Uselessly taking time. If this could happen I think it would be a breeze for the Airbnb IT team to make an option in this window for the host to change the order of the saved messages herself / himself. Am I right? What do you think about this? I hope you're reading this Airbnb support team! 🙂

I have had this problem for the last few weeks as well.... and it still won’t let me save a frequently used message. Very frustrating! Anyone have any ideas to fix?
