Scam meeting?

a guy phoned today purporting to be with airbnb and then sent me this email about a local community meeting.  i am skeptical since this is the first ever phone call i have received from anyone with airbnb about anything

here what he wrote:

Hi All,

Great chatting with you earlier. Please see below for details regarding next Tuesday's coffee/tea host gathering to discuss the state of home sharing rules and regulations in Los Angeles. 

When: Tuesday, March 7th @7pm

Where: The Cow's End Cafe, 34 Washington Blvd, Venice, CA 90292
