Search location

So, here's my situation:

My listing is located in Mexico between the highway of a little town called Akumal and a main city called Tulum, which are 15 minutes apart from each other. The problem is my official address is located as in Akumal, same which has not as much tourism or search requests for as Tulum. I was wondering if theres a way for my listing to appear in searches related to both places areas instead of just Akumal without having to modify my exact address to one that is not specific enough for my guests not to have problems whith their arrival. (This has diminished big time my bookings since i shared the exact address).

By this i mean, if someone searches for a place in Tulum (Widely known location) my listing can show up, not only when they search for Akumal (Not commonly known location) but ofcourse when they look at my listings specific location they can look at the exact address without producing any misunderstandings with my guests.

Any information that could help me with this issue?

Thanks!

Your listing will also show up for Tulum search if Airbnb algorithm decides it is interesting enough to do so, but more realistic: It will show up also when guests use the map for searching Tulum and move/ zoom towards your location / town.
