Search parameters for your location

Sorry if this is a duplicate - I lost my last message! My house is in central Auckland yet when I search for a home in central Auckland, it doesn't appear. How do I set the search functionality up better?

Hi Amy, I did a search for Central Auckland and I did indeed find you, but pretty low down in a big list. I noticed your response rate is only 50%, and your response time is within a day. You can nudge up your visibility by being keener, such as responding 100% and as fast as practical. There are other things you can do too, such as keeping your calendar accurate, accepting as many booking requests as you can etc. Log into your page every day. The Air search stats reward active and accepting users, and move them up higher, or so I have read anyway.

@Amy61, an added thought: There are so many in your price group, if you want to give it a kickstart you could try dropping the price into a lower tier, just to get bookings. The more bookings you have had, the more you will get, esp if the reviews are good. You can bring the price back up when you are established and visible.
