Hey all,
I don't seem to be able to find an option to set seasonal nightly prices on AirBnB like you can on other hosting websites. I can set weekly prices (but those weekly dates are also fixed which is annoying as well). Am I missing something (which could easily be the case)?
Thanks,
Jay
Thanks René, much more useful than the other fanboy comments just telling me to go back and wade through the unintuitive (IMHO) reams of 'forums' when this functionality should just be simple to find and use.
Cheers
Kevin
Agreed.
I would like the communties help in the area of seasonal pricing.
Our property is booked regularly throughtout the year and we use a variable pricing model within the system. We set a price using the calendar and this applies for first 4 guest - after that a fee per guest applys - so far pretty normal.
During our peak - summer period and in the local area other holdiay lets are priced for the week - not per person as per the low season model
**Its worth noting that guest book about 6 months out for the peak season.
We would like to find out how to set a price for a period using the custome pricing setting so it becomes the default amount the guets would pay - flat rate . and that it overide the extra guest fees.
I know I can turn the extra guest fees off but it messes up the low season booking process.**
I have tried to use customer pricing however when i set it it also picks up the extra guest pricing which applies regardless of the period.
If I use the variable booking method and if a small group books we do not maximise our return$$$ - if a large group looks to book they find we are over priced $$$$

I had this problem as well. I know this is crazy but it works. Go to an email from Airbnb and click on their logo. Click “switch to hosting” , then calendar and there it is.
