Seasonal rental

 Hi everybody thanks for the nice welcome! I’m certainly excited about finally finishing my project and posting it on Airbnb !!! My question is how do I go about marketing it for an entire season to one renter? In Florida our season runs typically from October to April.  Thanks for any help you can give me 🙂

@Kirsten152 You can set a minimum stay over a certain period, but there is no way to specifically market directly to a certain type of guest. I would also include what you're looking for in your listing title and description.
