My company is a LLC has a business license in Seattle. I've been renting out STR-officially 3 units in Seattle because i owned them.
Now my brother rents to my company his house (we have a written agreement) on year-to year basis. So he does not have to have a Short Term Renting (STR) License (because the "stay length" is over 30 days and not considered as STR).
My company rents his house "Entire house in Seattle's best quiet neighborhood" on Airbnb. I have to have a STR License.
On the Seattle portal I've successfully obtained RRIO 001-013***.
So then i need to get the STR. When i try to add his property in the list of units, the portal does not let me to do so, because i'm not the owner of the house.
What should i do?
