Self check-in Airbnb App there is a Key Icon in Inbox with hyperlink - how do you update this?

Hello Below is a screen shot of my Iphone Airbnb App  - Inbox in the bottom left side you'll see a key icon this provides a hyperlink for which guests can click and download all the Check In steps like a map, a photo of the key box etc.  How do I update the link content?  Thanks.

@Sarah2159 you can only do it from the mobile app, unfortunately. [edit, posted prematurely]: select the listing, select Guest resources, then select Check-in instructions to edit.

What about images can you add these now, it looks like you can't and this is very unhelpful for guests.  They need to see what the lock box looks like and identify it.  In our LockBox room there are severl lock boxes we need to show them what ours looks like. thanks.

While you are editing you can remove and/or add pictures and text. (See attached pictures) click on the pen in the corner of the picture to edit or delete. Swipe to the end of the pictures to add.

It seems this key icon has disapeared. Have you noted this also? And self check in link is no longer a hyperlink

I still see it through the iphone app but not through the android app. Any more insight from anyone?

2 days ago I noticed that key icon is missing, Ask for help Airbnb and they offered me to clean data on chrome but no results.

Hi George and everyone who is having trouble with the missing Key icon on the phone.

I sorted out this little issue that I copied the link from and old message I sent to a guest and saved it in the "Use a save Message" option. Of course you only can do this on the computer not on the phone but this could be one option to send out the link to the guest.

I also texted to the help center and got a response something like: "they having issues at the moment and they are looking in to it." This was on Monday.. the Key is still missing form the mobile app.

I spoke to 3 different agents.  The best way is to submit or call air bnb and tell them why you need the key back. A lot of guests are very inexperienced and the  hyperlink ensures that they get it directly without having to search for it!  I have multiple properties and this saves time and less hiccups.

If you want the key icon back, please call and file a complaint, or leave a feedback. The more, the more chances of bringing it back!!!

The key icon disappeared on my phone as well but it is showing on my husband’s phone. He is a co host. It never appeared on his app until 2 weeks ago. It totally disappeared from mine. I contacted support. They were not able to assist me. They escalated it to another department. I am still awaiting assistance. Very strange. Total inconvenience. I hope they can get the issue resolved.

Same here, it’s was there before the last IOS application update and now it’s gone, I used an old iPhone that had not updated to get 1 for a new property but then auto update before I could get the other 3. 
spoke to AirBnB and no one knows what we are talking about! 
Honesty this is so simple to sort out and so frustrating trust to communicate all the while guest are getting left on the street.
