As there is no technical support section on the site (or at least I couldn't find it) I would like to know who can help to diagnose, why e-mail invites are not being sent to my account? I have e-mail account at outlook.com domain and from what I was able to see other people also have this problem that they do not receive any e-mails from airbnb.
The last e-mail from airbnb that I received successfully was on 10/12/2017 and I had invites being sent to me several times after this date but they never arrived at my end.
Today I tested this with a friend and I was physically standing next to him seeing message confirmation in your portal that the message was sent, however I did not receive anything on my e-mail. Yes, I also checked spam and rules on my e-mail account.
I would like someone from your technical staff to send me a log that the message was sucessfully delivered to Microsoft SMTP relay. If it was not successfully delivered then I want to see the NDR so I can solve this with Microsoft.
