Misbehaving first guest

Our first guest who booked as a single female hosted an unknown male after the 10.30pm quiet time rule and proceeded over about 4 hours to have loud sex and woke our family of four upstairs. We would prefer the guest not stay the second night and certainly not have us endure a second night of the same behaviour.What are our options?

Make sure you leave some trace of the situation in the message system, @Greg196. Report the guest to Airbnb - that kind of behaviour is against the rules. You might request money for the extra person as well. 

And above all, leave her a deserved review.
