Setting-Adding more booking related fees

Is there a way to add an additional fee to the bookings fees? I want to add a $25/day additional charge to heat the pool in the winter months, not to exceed $200."  I don't see any way to do this in the Listing. Help

There are some other fees which can be added, , but this one is not among them.

Maybe best thing to do is mention it in the listing and charge the guest via the resolution centre.

But it must be made very clear to guests. Maybe also consider to increase your price in winter months ?
