Setting up my listing

Hi there, Can someone please give me some advice on setting up my listing! Im new to all this : ) 

I have three bedrooms in an apartment that I have just listed. The rate per room is €40 per night. I have noted the individual room rate at €40 because I want to give people the flexibility to rent individual rooms. The problem is that I keep getting enquiries and bookings from customers who think that the entire apartment is €40 per night!! What am I doing wrong? Do I need to do three separate listings, one for each room?

Yes, you need a listing for each room. Then each room can be managed by it's own calender and (price)settings. Now somebody can book all three rooms for the price of one room. On the other hand: if somebody books 1 room now, calender will show "reserved" for those dates, blocking the other rooms to be booked. best regards, Emiel
