Should I sue Airbnb?

I am a superhost with 17 listing.  All the sudden one day all my listing went to Unlisted.  A third party API called YieldPlanet tried to connect my listings to Airbnb without my authorization.  I cancelled the connection by deleting the Connected App from my profile.  But I was still unable to Relist my listings.  Error message said listing was still connected to YieldPlanet. After many days of waiting for "specialist and experts" to fix the problem, Airbnb came back and said to have YieldPlanet connect again and hopefully that will resolve the Unlisted issue.  Once its relisted I can then delete them again.  YieldPlanet is impossible to work with.  They do not talk on phone.  They only send one email per day.  They have already lied to me about sending messages to Airbnb about getting an approval.  Airbnb said they never recieved and that everything was already approved.  This company sounds very fishy and they have hijacked my listings.

So now my listings that I have worked so hard for 4 years is pretty much gone.  Over 1100 reviews.  Hard work and dedication to this and nobody can help me.  Airbnb has said they have no control now.  My listing is in YieldPlanets hands.  This makes no sense to me.  How can Airbnb not have control. Especially after I disconnected with them.  I make my living of these rentals.  So many guest have cancelled already because they see my listing is off.  This has been so stressful. Can I sue Airbnb for not able to Relist my property on their end?

Sorry I don't understand how Yield Planet and how do they have access to your listing? @Priya31

So are you saying that this channel manager, without being given access by you or you having spoken to them about managing your listings, has logged into your listing and taken them over? I am wondering how they got your log in details?

If you didn't provide them or ask them to manage your listings,  I think you should be considering legal action for loss of income etc.

In the meantime have you tried posting on Yield Planet's and Airbnb's social media?

Why are you asking us?

ask your lawyer if you're serious and then keep us informed...

I am asking the community if they had similar issues and for any possible feedback.  That is what this forum is all about.
