Signage for areas out of bounds

Hi,

just wondering what signage everyone uses to restrict certain areas. We have an issue with the guests kids coming over and playing in my yard and house!! So much so, I feel like a daycare at times.

Do you mention it anywhere in your listing the areas out of bounds?
Or in your House Manual?
Some Hosts include a disclaimer so they don't get hit with been sued when there's accidents.
