Two dayes ago I was confused. The issue is next:
For my listings' global option, I have "Smart Pricing" = "ON".
Then I set from the multi-calendar "Smart Pricing" = "OFF" per each day for whole opened period.
and a day ago, airbnb system, without any notification - switch "Smart Pricing" = "ON" per each day for whole opened period by itself and I got booking with inaccapable price.
I faced such an issue the first time for the past 2 years.
When I ask support, they said that "Smart Pricing" from Listing settings OVERRIDES "Smart Pricing" for multi-calendar.
In my opininon it's absolutely nonsense..
But if it's like that, why then the system gives us the option for switching "Smart Pricing" from multi-calendar?
