Smart Pricing: same price every night.

Hi there,

I use smart pricing and have the same price advertised for every night. I am confused by this as obviously the prices should vary. I understand the options regarding using a base price or smart price. I am definitely using smart pricing but as I say every night has the same price.

Does anyone understand why this is the case?

This actually varies. Based on the Help Center article, the price is determine by the demand of your area, listing's feature, location, amenities, booking history, and availability. 

What I would try to do is...

1. Make sure you're using Google Chrome and had cleared off your cache, cookies, and history. 

2. Change the minimum price and maximum price again. 

Hopefully this would change your calendar. 

If you still encounter the same issue, try to check the prices tomorrow because with Smart Pricing, the prices on your calendar changes on a daily basis.

I agree with what @Helena52 says. And actually, one reason that smart pricing gives you the same price every night is that it needs to go much lower or much higher than the limit you have set (minimum and maximum price). What I mean: if f.e. you have set a minimum price as 40 euros and the smart pricing wants to put prices under 40, it will stuck to 40.) 

So, you can test it.
