Hi, it seems that we cannot use smart pricing with custom pricing rules - right? But why Airbnb? I'm loosing money and so are you because this does not work? If I turn off smart pricing I loose out on data and perspectives I don't have, for example I had no idea Nov-Dec look to be good months but I would have guessed otherwise without smart price. And if I turn of SP I would manually have to set all pricing(sans base price) out 3 moths with custom rules - seems like a lot of work when smart pricing could just fill in the gaps for me.
Here is my current scenario, last Sunday I had Tu-Th open this week and I could see on the Airbnb map there were no other apartments available, so I want to raise my price for those days but I did not because of the "Smart pricing with price rules" issue. In the end, all 3 days are filled but I'm sure I could have gotten more because I was the only house available in a 2 mile radius for any combination of those days.
Questions:
Is it true you cannot use Smart pricing with price rules at the same time?
If so, what else can be done to minimize the work of constantly keeping up with pricing out each week and weeks in advance?
Lastly, are there any plans to add this functionality?
