I have been trying to snooze my property for over a week. A message comes up that Airbnb may be updating the website or my time session has run out.

I had to call them and have them do it for me.
Try to do it, @Julie741 & @Ingrid184, having freshly logged in after prior logging out. You might add cleaning cookies in the middle.

Clearing cache (history) works for me when I have platform issues. If it doesn't then there may be a system issue and you need to contact Air BNB.
