Can anyone suggest an automated software that can help us set up email triggers and financial reporting better ? Something that doesn't charge an arm and a leg like Guesty as a percentage.

I am not sure if you were able to find a solution that you love since you posted here.  I can confidently say that we can automate every aspect of managing a rental, besides the parts that require humans to touch (cleaning, etc).  Feel free to check out our product at www.newhaus.io/product

We do charge percentage based and that's so we can have aligned interest. We make money when you make money.  We've tested fixed fee and customers only like it during their good months/ seasons and not so much when it is slow.  

One of our offerings allows property managers to be completely hands off and only deal with "issues" that cannot be fixed remotely (such as damages, inspections as necessary, etc) and they get to keep most of the money from the process.
