Special Offer asks for Valid Value

Hi Community,

I am trying to send a Special Offfer to a guest for R$8300 brazilian reais. But when I enter this amount and click to send the offer, I get an error message saying that I need to put in a valid value and the nearest valid value is 8299.25016 or some bull**bleep** number like that and I CANT SEND. Please help.
