Special Pricing Process

I have a guest who is renting for to months and I sent out a special pricing offer we agreed on. She needed a few weeks to get the first months rent together and the special offer expired. Does Airbnb hold that against me??
The guest has stayed in touch with me and now has First months rent. I did check out references and where she is working while here and she will be great I hope. This is my FIRST RENTAL. Does the special offer override the introductory 20% off deal?
I have read that Airbnb takes payment one month at a time from guest. I am sending the special offer out again for the total 2 month rental. Is that figured by daily pricing in the special offer by Airbnb?

Hello @Jay220 ,

A special offer overrides al normal pricing and discounts. That's why it is a "special offer"! It has to be accepted by the guests within a limited time, otherwise it expires (which will not affect your responsrate)

For long term stay (28 nights and more) automatically the long tem stay cancellation policy applies. Guest will be charged indeed 1 month at the time. But if you are a new host, first payment to you CAN be hold to up 30 days.
