Special offer. Do I add in the cleaning fee or do I check with the guest?

I have pre-approved 2 guests for a one week stay and sent them a special offer. Do I add in the cleaning fee or is this something I discuss with the guests??

@Houzie0 The Special Offer amount is the total you want to charge so you need to add an extra amount if you want to charge a cleaning fee.  It is not automatically added into the total.  If you didn't, you can't add it retroactively.  😞
