Special prices for a guest I know

I would like to charge half price for a guest coming for 10 days.  He has already requested the days.  How do I change the price that shows up on the request?

if you have already confirmed the request, go into the guest's itinerary, on top click on "make changes to reservation", next screen click on changes, NOT cancel, then in the box where the subtotal is enter the new subtotal. I do think it includes the airbnb fee collected from you, so check carefully. Then the guest has to okay that change and you're all set.

If you haven't accepted the request yet, use "special offer".
