I have been a co-host for multiple properties for while. Once airbnb cancelled co-host program, I have set up split payments where for example 90 percent goes to one account (property owner) and 10 goes to another (co-host). As of January this year, occasional errors started to occur, where one account would get 99% (owner) while another (co-host) would get only 1%. There is no particular pattern, it happens to all the properties at random times. Routing rules haven't been touched. I have contacted airbnb many times and yet there is no response, they are not sure why is it happening. It is extremely hard getting money back from the owners, they tell me to deal with airbnb to resolve this. I ve considered getting commission directly from owners, but some of them live overseas and international wires add up. We don't have PayPal in our country. I am wondering if anyone else have experienced similar problems and how they resolved it?
