Star Ratings, Reviews & Percentages...

Screen Shot 2019-06-14 at 5.05.50 PM.png

Screenshot posted above indicates that my last 53 overall ratings were 5 Stars.

I've been hosting for 6.5 years. For pretty much that entire time, I get 30-80  5* reviews before I get a 4* review (I think I may have had two 3* reviews during my entire hosting career.)  Yet the above states that 91% of my reviews are 5 Star. There's no way that's accurate. Have you all seen the same thing on your "ratings" page?

You don't need to count on your memory.

You can check exactly how many Star Reviews were 5, 4, 3.

Your Screenshot isn't of the complete page.

It's remiss of the next line:

FILTER BY OVERALL RATINGS.

You can then calculate the % of 5* yourself and see if matches Airbnb calculator.

Thank you, Alon! So, I've got a total of 421 reviews, 35 of them were 4 star, and one was 3 stars, the rest were 5 stars. So, maybe that means the 91% is correct, or close? What's the calculation to determine %? (so much for my math skills.)
