Stat's page and ratings

Hello

I'm confused as to the new stats page and ratings. By the looks of a summary taken from my mobile (picture below), it looked as if I have received 5 booking requests, when in reality I only had 1 request, which we accepted. 

 

Im concerned with why the mobile app and the full website stats are different?

this is a problem that everyone has. The App has some issue with the stats, to me show 27 request and 17 booking, when I only had 3 request and 3 booking. 😄

 

no big deal, I hope that the IT guys gonna fix soon.

My Stats say that i have 18 requests and i have only had 2 bookings?

I have the same problem. I've only had two bookings (one cancelation and one guest stay) and it says I've had 5 reservations. It makes me nervous that I'm missing something on my calendar even though I know I would  get a notification (hopefully??)

Hi all!. I too get concerned when the website shows something that is inaccurate. I'm hoping for Super Host status coming up soon. 

 

My dashboard has conflicting data:

Overall rating   
You  *– 
Requirement 4.7 *
 
Guests expect a consistent level of quality, no matter where they stay.
 
However, I actually have legitimate stats on my Progress Page:
Overall rating 4.9*
Total reviews 8
5 star reviews 88%
 
Very frustrating!
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi ,

i have the exact problem . Called AB&b customer service and logged concern. Natasha at CS says she forwarded conflict to their Technical team & assured me that the team would get back in 2 days. 

Had to explain the discrepancy to her step by step - did not get it first . Hoping they will correct this - before it goes into a black hole ! 

Good luck ! Wonder if others have the sameness issue?
