Stolen key

Hi all i would to share my horrific experience with renting out my property,. 

After this experience and problem that was completely ignored by arbnb i have lost all interest to put myself in same risk again. 

My recent experience with my last guest ** IS just showing that out there are guests whos interest is not just to rent out the flat but mire then that. ** NEVER RETURNED THE KEY, dont know shat is his plan with them, which put me and my houseld to significant risk. This guest was trying to get the money back by lieing to arbnb and telling them different stories, which sadly was not discussed from arbnb side with me first . 

Fell rubbed, disrressed, the problem with licksmith or key refund was completely ignored by arbnb. 

After this experience i feel not safe with this website .

Please try again contact Airbnb and explain what happened (https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us/message) even you if youre not a superhost im pretty sure your space is covered by the airbnb ensurance as well.

Even never had my keys stolen im always changing the lockers and the keys, we never know if someone is making copies or not.
