Super Host Status almost lost bc computer Error

Hi all! I just wanted to share this info in case it helps anyone else. I almost fainted yesterday when I received a notification in the app that there would be changes to my superhost status in July . “Why in the world ?” I wondered. 

I have a 4.99 score, 100% response time and 79 reviews of my 98 stays. 

The app stated  that I had only 14% of my stays reviewed... 

Obviously incorrect as I have 81%

a quick call to Airbnb, much time on hold and this was rectified and I’ve been assured I’ll still be a superhost come July. 

Unfortunately, this shows that their computer stats can be very off and everyone should double check theirs if anything seems amiss.

@Ana1609 yes there were milion of threads opened with this same subject but they fixed the glitch. It happens (although very often with Airbnb) and nobody was going to loose their superhost status because of a mistake on their part.

Well, this just happened to me yesterday and I had no idea “ there were a million” threads about it. 

I thought I could perhaps help someone not be worried. So sorry it’s annoyed you

@Ana1609   Well, maybe not a million, but bcertainly a LOT of threads.  It was a system-wide glitch that had a lot of us scratchnig our heads.  But then again....that's nothing new with Airbn.  😉
