Superhost Status stolen

Has anyone else got robbed of their Superhost status?!  We've been host for 3 years and Superhosts for the same time period.  UNTIL, Airbnb rolled out the policy of 50% review rate (reviews given BY GUESTS).  We had a guest stay for about 3 months (booking almost 25 times) (so almost 25 chances to review).  We both thought it would be reasonable to write several reviews for each other, and that should be enough (more would seem awkward).  We were informed of the change in review rate requirements after this particular guest stayed with us.  Upon inspection, our review rate was 48%.  We were able to make several bookings that SHOULD HAVE  brought our rate above 50%.  At year end, we had 47 reviews and 91 stays. Obviously, 47 is over 50% of 91.

WHY DID THE RATE NOT ADUJST?!?!?!?!?!

I should note that ALL OTHER Superhost requirements are exemplary.  I'll attach a picture showing.

I have contacted Airbnb for help in resolving the matter, but after they moved it to another team, my case was closed.

AIRBNB: PLEASE FIX THIS.  YOU ARE MAKING ME LOSE MUCH NEEDED MONEY!!!Airbnb superhost.jpg

@Matthew61 There are several automated criteria for Super Host that don't either make sense or are calculated incorrectly.  Until this last review period, like you, I was a Super Host for over 3 years.  I was proud of that, but I have not experienced any loss of revenue related to that change.  How do you know you have?  That is not solving the apparent error but I am curious if the SH status is more important in different areas.
