Superhost requirements

The stats on my dashboard seem to me to indicate that I have met the requirements for Superhost status, but there is a message saying, "You're not meeting the requirements for Superhost status - we hope you will soon!" I have posted a screen shot of my stats at

Can anyone clarify or provide insight to why I am not meeting Superhost requirements?

This post is for those concerned about seasonal requirements and superhost status . . .  yes, you can!

Are there off-season festivals? Artists workshops? Fishing seasons?  Drop your prices for the off-season, but you may also want to mention what else is going on--post on your social media, etc.

We had lower occupancy our first year in the off-season, but since word is spreading we have started booking nearly every weekend in the off season.  Last year we had 3 group retreats in our home for successive weekends in January--2 faith groups and 1 corporate. It is possible, just consider who might be travelling then, why, and how your space is a fit for them.
