Superhost status response rate issue

Hello ,

I am currently pushing for Superhost status and i am almost about to fill all the criteria of number of 5* ratings and number of bookings in a year. The only thing i fall down on is the response rate. This is largely because last year i went through a period of not having internet and i racked up almost 10 cases where i replied late or not responded.

Now i have improved significantly (and the response rate definition states that the last months responses are taken into account). However my percentage is being held low because it is calculated by the last responses during the whole year. This seems slightly unfair to me since the definition states that it is the last months responses (which should be 100% response rate).

Is there a reason i am being measured against the last 60 responses? Since this is the case, i calculate that it would take many months to get my percentage up to 80-90%.

Please let me know.

Best regards,

Simarjeet

The requirements for the Superhost status refer to one year back from the month of the assessment. For example, if your assessment is in April 2017, you will be examined for the period April 2016 - April 2017. That happens to all of us and for all the requirements.

If you go to "Host", then to "Stats", then you select "Standards" and then you scroll down to see the "Superhost requirements", you will see exactly which is your response rate at the moment (the one that counts for Superhost status).
