Hi, our host name is Laura & Gabriel. Our Airbnb account has been illegally accessed. We do not know who. 16 properties have been added to our account! And we received a lot of inquiries we could not answer. Because it was not okay. That's why our response rate has reached 88% from 100%. Can I fix this error? And if possible, can we delete the 16 properties in our calendar? Thank you for the help.

I am so sorry this has happened. Please call Airbnb straight away.

This a forum for hosts and guests and not monitored by them .

If you don't have their number. Have a look at the CONTACT AIRBNB post, it's towards the top of the Help forum you are posting in.

Give them a call and tell him your account appears to be hacked. 

Make sure you change your password straight away too.

Yes, I sent to airbnb. But I know it takes several days to get an answer. I thought maybe someone else was in this situation.
