Whats the best way to go about determining supply and demand? Is there a way to find out what size/price is it most searched for or booked in my area? or wha tis in the shortest supply? Does Air bnb provide any support in this area?

You can use sites such as AirDNA, you can look at the metrics provided by Airbnb about searches in your area compared to other periods during the year. You can see if your local tourism board has marketing data you can buy on tourism footfall for self-catering. @Jeremy504
