Switching to Long Term hosting after Nov 1st

Hello community! After the new Los Angeles regulation, I have switched my profile to Long term (31 days or more). Any tips on how to get more inquiries for longer term? I was always fully booked short term, but after a few weeks as long term, I’ve only had one inquiry.

Also, Do I switch to a lease if it’s more then a few months?

Thanks so much!

@Marta372  My first thought is that not as many travelers book for a full month, so just be patient and I'm sure you'll start getting bookings.  Regarding leases for longer term, check with @Katie---Sean0 - they're long-term hosts in the Carlsbad area.

Also, I looked at your place and it's amazing!  Have saved it to my California wish list (along with @Katie---Sean0's listings) because I have to get out there next year.  Hope to be in touch!
