Synchronizing 2 Airbnb Accounts and 2 Devices

Hello everyone!

 

I have an Airbnb account as a guest using my gmail address for 3 years. This account is synchronized to my phone. 

 

A superhost friend invited me thru my facebook account this month. I set up my host account using my desktop device and my facebook account..

 

The problem now is that my Airbnb host account only recognizes my facebook account and yahoo account(recently changed to gmail since I have no access my old yahoo account) from my desktop.

While my airbnb account in my phone only recognizes my google account in which I'm a guest.

 

I have to communicate with guests via desktop(this tends to delay my response time)

My app via phone is logged in with my google account and it shows my old profile.

 

Can anyone assist me with this please?

 

I would like to be able to respond to guests faster via phone

That sounds all very confusing to me. The only suggestion that I can make when it comes to calendar synchronisation is that you look at getting vacation rental software or a channel manager. Luckily there are many available options and you might even be able to find one that you can use free of charge. Plus, these companies usually have a very good support team that will be able to help you with issues like this. Good luck!

You need to delete one of the accounts, we all only have one account unless specifically authorised by airbnb to have additional ones.

You'll then be able to access the one account on both devices and switch between being a guest and a host.
