I have the same problem, i synced my calender with Booking.com since i started but today and yesterday i got double booking, im trying to synchronize both calenders but still i have this message saying you already synced your calender!!!!

Have you thought about just getting a channel manager to sync your calendars? While you might have to pay for it, you'll also get other useful tools.
