Hello, thanks for your response. I spent nearly a whole day unravelling the problem (gloomy UK weather here, so not so bad). Although Airbnb help staff were very good, nothing they suggested worked. They did mention there could be a problem with two email addresses, although didn't give me a solution. When I connected to the App via a text from Airbnb (which I needed, to do the photo) it seems it picked up my gmail address (where from who knows, except Google I expect!) instead of my Airbnb log in email, which is a Virgin account. I couldn't change either one, as I got a message to say the email address was already in use, which of course it was; by me!! Eventually I deleted the App. and uploaded it again and logged in using my Virgin address and up popped 'take a verification photo' and it worked. Phew. I still think I probably have an account and a half on Airbnb and just hope no further problems will pop up. It seems the help staff are not able to intervene on their own systems, so if I hadn't worked it out for myself I'm not sure what I would have done, so it's not ideal. (Unless they did to get rid of me and I don't know that!) Sorry for the book, it might help others though. Regards, Veronica
