Tax withholding twice for the same reservation

Hello everybody..

I would like to know if anybody has been through the same situation and what is the reason...

As you can see below, I'm being charged the taxes twice, wich I dont understand why. I contacted Airbnb 3 times already but I can only get an automatic answer explaining me how taxes works and that 30% will be charged bla bla..

I understand the 30% considering I'm not a US person, but why am I being charged 50%? All my other reservations had just 30% of taxes..

Also, I was just doing some research and I see that this guest is from Chile.. and I have one other guest coming from Chile in January and apparently I'll be charged twice on that one, too. Is this related to guests that come from Chile?

Please someone help me! (:

I doubt Airbnb is worried about where ~the guest~ comes from. Text them. Does sound like a glitch, because it makes no sense. What is really odd is the two tax numbers are different, suggesting is for two different reasons.
