Taxes 1099-K Structure Multiple Listings

Hi,

This is our first year of significant income (>2000) from AirBnB from multiple listings.

We have 1 account and 5 listings in it across 3 different addresses. My question is how is 1099-K structured?

Does 1099-K list all addresses and income from those addresses?

or

Does it list all listings (and no addresses) and income from those listings?

or

Just one line item with total income?

If you can share a sample then it will be a big help.

Thanks

The 1099 normally does not break out things other than total revenue that was paid to you. It is up to you to slice it up and match it with expenses to report on your tax return. The 1099 is only triggered when you have greater than $20,000 in payouts AND more than 200 individual transactions.
