Tech support- tap on "message" and to "accept" and nothing happens....keeps going round n round

Hello, for the past two hours I've been trying to accept a guest.  Airbnb has notified me that "this is the last time for you to accept guest."  I press on my "messages" button and the little ballls go round n round but doesn't click in.  I press on the guests "Inquiry" button and nothing happens.

@Sheila122 - log onto the desktop website and manage the listing from there.  Then uninstall the app from your phone and reinstall.
