@Kathy35 Well that sounds pretty awful...I'd be bald from tearing out my hair, not to mention how grumpy I'd be! What kind of device / operating system are you using? If you are using an app, I've seen Airbnb advise people to refresh their cache and / or uninstall and re-install it. The Airbnb website is works best on devices using Google Chrome. I use my phone for notifications only. All other business related to my listing I do on my laptop using Google Chrome.
