My recent guest who checked in June 1 and checked out yesterday June 19,** left the place in a terrible mess. I have photos detailing the mess and involved extra charges from my cleaner of $500.
@Amanda999 This is a host community forum. Nobody here can handle this for you. Request money from your guest via “send/request money” in their itinerary and if the my decline or don’t respond in 3 days select “involve Airbnb” you can only do this if you file the claim before the next check-in. Submit photos and receipts. Very unlikely that you will get anything so don’t get your hopes up.
