The resolution center

I have clicked the 'involve Airbnb' button several times in the resolution center only to have no result, it doesn't take me anywhere, days later and I haven't heard from an Airbnb representative.  Has anyone had success actually using this tool?

Yes, that tool works for sure, @Katherine183. Try logging out, cleaning cookies, logging in again - outdated cookies is a very common reason for receiving error messages.

Unfortunately there was no error message received - the window just closes without an option to report an error.
