They broke into our apartment

Hi! I am staying in Rome with my family in an apartment ner La Fontana di Trevi. We couldn´t close the door with double lock because the key wouldn´t come out. They stole lots of jewelery, money and gifts. The police already came and we have made a report. I would like to know who could I contact in Arbnb to check if there is any insurance or any posibility to recover the net worth.
