Three listings on one calendar

So here's our situation:

I have three listings. All in the same house. We only rent out one listing at a time as a courtesy to guests and to keep things simple for ourselves, so naturally we want to link the calendars for all three listings. This way, if room A is booked, the dates will automatically black out for rooms B and C.

The Problem:

Airbnb let's you create integrated calendars where a host will select a 'primary' listing, and then add other listings to that primary listing's calendar. We'll call the added listings "secondary." There is a note under the "How do I link Airbnb calendars for multiple listings" that stipulates that integrated calendars will only work between the primary listing and the secondary listings, but will not work between secondary listings. For example, if I designate room A as the primary listing, and it gets booked, those booked dates will black out for rooms B and C--but if room B is booked, then the dates will ONLY black out for room A, not for room C.

Obviously this doesn't work us. We need all the calendars to black out automatically, regardless of the listing that's booked. My immediate thought is to create another integrated calendar where I make room B the primary, and rooms A and C the secondaries. Unfortunately, neither my airbnb.com nor my airbnb mobile app will let me do this. Once calendars are linked, you cannot change their designations or create new integrated relationships between the rooms.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is it just a problem on my end? Can it be solved? Is there a workaround? I've already spent two hours with Airbnb today trying to figure out how I can resolve this issue without having to manually block out dates. Apparently there's a bug and the dates should all block out... but that's not what their instructions say online, so I'm very confused.

@Jake194 Why do you need to create three listings? Are they priced differently? You may just combine them into two listings if the price is about the same.

Priced differently, different bed count, different room count. Yes to all.

The first listings are two different rooms. The last listing is both rooms together. Guests can book either a room or two rooms, depending on party size.

Have you ever received any resolution to this issue?  We have the exact same situation and had our three calendars linked so that if any booked the other two were blocked; that scenario worked for about 6 months.  Then we suddenly began getting double booked (and unduly punished by Airbnb for the cancellations that were then required) and realized the calendar link was no longer working.  Now we only have two-way calendar linking and must race to block our third listing whenever anyone books one of the other two.  Starting to wonder if it's worth the hassle.  We may just delete the third listing . . . Seems like this should not be so hard to do.

I’m afraid we never received an answer from Airbnb. Our temporary solution was to make our most popular room the main calendar, and then attach the less popular options as a secondary. Then, if a secondary option was booked, we just manually block the dates on the other secondary. Eventually, we opted to just open up the other bedroom and offer two bedrooms simultaneously (shared bathroom). We think this will increase our revenue anyway, so we’re not super upset about it, but it’s weird that we can’t combine calendars in a complete circle.

We also have the same exact situation, and have made the request multiple times to allow the linking of multiple calendars, citing others like us and the multiple forum threads that exist to warrant the use case.  Every time you have a chance to speak to airbnb support, please reiterate this request! Maybe it will help it get higher on their feature request list.
