Transfer a listing

We are a reservation service who manages 30+ properties.  After much heartfelt turmoil, we have decided to leave the business.  We need to transfer each individual property to the owners themselves, rather than us as the middle man.

VRBO/Homeaway will be contacting us via a conference call with the current owner, in order to make a smooth transfer of all information and reviews.

How can we do this for the owners on Airbnb?

@Steve--Tracy-And-Katch0  I don't believe you will be able to do this- Airbnb listings are non-transferrable and the reviews and ratings stay with the listed account they are under, as they reflect the hosting, not just the property. Normally the listings would have to be deleted by you and started anew by the owners or their next managers, with zero reviews and ratings.

You'll have to contact Airbnb directly to see if there is a workaround for you and the owners.
