Hi all, during we introduce airbnb to others we can get an amount of travel credit after their first trip right? This was stated by airbnb but seems it didn't work here, the status of others member that I introduced in my account still remain haven gone for their first trip although they already taken their first trip. Is that a lie to all the user? I have already been cheated since 2016 when I introduced to my friends until today. Please kindly advise.

Hello @Wong3,

When you refer a friend and they have to comoplete aqualifying reservation.

The help centre says that a qualifying reservation is one where the cost is at least US$75 excluding taxes and Airbnb fees.

If their reservation was a qualifying one and you still haven't received the credit then contact Airbnb support.

How do I earn travel credit from referring a friend to Airbnb?

It was a qualifying reservation which cost more than US$75 excluding taxes and airbnb fees. But still haven't received any credit yet. Can I know how can I contact with airbnb? Would you mind to share to steps? I don't know how to contact without a contact number given here.

Click on "Help", then on "Visit the Help Centre" and then on the "Contact us" button near the end of the page. That should show phone and message links for Airbnb support.

You can also type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
