Tree damaged house, need to cancel all guests!

Help! A massive tree fell on my house and I need to cancel all my guests. Some I will be able to shift to another rental cottage I own. For the rest, how can I cancel without being penalized or incurring Airbnb's cancellation fee? Thanks!

Get on to Airbnb CS immediately. They may take pity on you as the tree fall was out of your control (if it was).

@Sarah2120 CallAirBNB and work with a customer service person immediately. You should have no problem usingthe extenuating circumstance clause. Just make sure you have a picture of the house with tree.

As @Susan151  says  @Sarah2120 , just make a claim to cancel under Extenuating circumstances.

@Sarah2120   Wow. Good thing there weren't any guests in there ( I assume or you probably would have mentioned it) and no one got hurt.
