Trouble with Verification process

Hi All Community
My Name is Kiki, i am host airbnb since last year from bali - indonesia,
Suddenly i have a problem with my account. when i open message on laptop as a host error
 
" Kiki is temporarily unavailable until they complete our account verification process. this is a standard procedure that helps us maintain a positive experience within the airbnb community"
 
i am already verified since last year, my phone, my email, google account and id passport + selfie i am already do it. until now my account still problem. and very terrible i not receipt payment airbnb until my guest check out on 30 June until now.  this is below reservation number :

Please help me Im getting frustated about the outstanding payment.  Airbnb & Payoneer is big company, please help me to solved this problem, i am already email since the problem my account and replay with gemma, billy and payoneer customer care and try to call airbnb support center not work from indonesia, all a same not have a solution. waiting for good news from  them until now not have a solution. i am need my payment from airbnb, i need to paid my employee,  its huge money for us in Indonesia. I'm getting uncomfortable with this.

Kiki are you still having an issue with payment? I am also but as a new host and I’m very interested in finding out how many others are.

My problem about payment is done, i am just email with support airbnb and market manager south asia and solved.
